Label Manager (Remote)

The Role

We’re looking for a label manager to help us publish our artists. This is a high-impact position that will play a key role in accelerating our artist’s momentum and growing their reputation with audiences that count. As a Label Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution of all the music within the 360 Artist Group.

You will run a point on media strategy for releases and strategically increase visibility and awareness. You will work cross-functionally with managers and public relations specialists.


The ideal candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, where English is essential, and Dutch is preferred. Also, a proven ability to think strategically about releases. We are looking for someone with the ability to grow quickly with us, who is motivated by an open book, and who has considerable PR experience.


Responsibilities

  • Publish the music of our artist’s into online marketplaces like Apple Music & Spotify

  • Educate and coach artists and managers within the 360 Artist Group

  • Provide feedback reports to artists

  • Source new talent for the 360 Artist Group

  • Update our editorial music playlists

  • Establish relationships with key people in the industry

  • Generate and deliver performance reports to Artist Managers / Career Coaches

  • Always on the lookout for new opportunities for our artists


Key Qualifications

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage but not essential)

  • Knowledge of music distribution

  • Great musical knowledge and is always up to date with the latest trends

  • Superior organizational skills and time management

  • Ability to execute complex projects with tight deadlines

  • High confidence and composure, low ego, and no 9-5 mentality

  • A love for music and events

  • Team player
